What a way to start the day off with a BANG! This massive burrito has the explosion of flavor that Party Fowl is known for. It contains hot chicken (choose heat level), scrambled eggs, bacon, cheddar cheese, lyonnaise potatoes, peppers and onions. I chose the Medium heat level which was just enough to feel it, but still be able to survive. The combo of succulent chicken and crispy bacon gave incredible meat flavor to the dish. The burrito was set in a bed of beans and tomato and topped with great white queso cheese and Pico de Gallo. You might think a dish with so much going on would be too much, but this was a wonderful combination of flavor and each individual ingredient brought something special to the palate.
