Heritage Pork Chop
Cooked to perfection, Chef Nick delivered a tender, juicy pork chop with beautiful caramelized crust that added a delightful crunch to each bite. The sweetness of the figs complemented the savory dish beautifully, creating a harmonious colla-boar-ation of flavors. The glaze had a sticky consistency that coated the meat perfectly, adding an extra layer of decadence. The accompaniment of braised fennel, citrus flavor and feta contrasted nicely with the whole presentation. Most of the dishes here are large enough to share, but you may want to “hog” this one!
