Talk about a drink shouting out your name! Margaritas can be ubiquitous, but the second I saw the words “hatch chili” I was all in. You can actually taste the chili-infused flavor in the tequila and the fresh lime ancho habanero, along with the usual marg-ee ingredients, just raises the amperage. A bartender directed me to this late-night OKC barkeep’s hangout. Always trust your bartender.
