These shrimp and fish tacos were the epitome of authentic. The lettuce was fresh, the tomatoes good quality and the cilantro freshly prepped. The tortillas had been given the respect of slow preparation with an appropriate amount of oil, making them very tender and flavorful in their own right. But the seafood, oh the seafood – just a show stopper! Both the fish and the shrimp were grilled to perfection without a hint of dryness and the chili lime seasoning made me think that I was South of the border. These are not the Americanized version of street tacos. These are the real thing! Authentic authentic authentic.
