I usually don’t order salmon because of its mild flavor structure and the risk of it being dry, but at Noble’s that is not a problem. This salmon is packed with flavor because it’s slow smoked to prevent dryness. The slaw was a bowl of creamy moist shredded heaven – with cilantro! The sweet potato fries were fluffy flavor wrapped in crispness. Add a yeast roll and you have a truly memorable meal.
