Grilled Filet Mignon Salad
Visiting Jupiter, Florida and have a visceral need for casual waterfront dining? Go to U Tiki Beach! After a long, hot day of interviewing , I drove straight to the outside bar and plopped myself down. Immediate relaxation and deep breathing ensued: the water view, the iconic Jupiter Lighthouse, fishing boats, salty air, and great food. First, a nice cold Martini. I ordered the steak salad, upon recommendation from a local who dines here often. What a dish! Two filets, onion rings, bleu cheese, fresh greens, oh man! So fresh, crisp, the filet was like butta. Perfectly cooked and a large serving, I could not eat the entire thing. The service was fast, friendly and fun. Best salad ever! Don’t miss a fabulous dining experience. Go.
