I wasn’t the biggest artichoke fan for the longest time. I didn’t really get much satisfaction from pulling off the leaves to get to the little bit of vegetable at the bottom. But Italian cuisine changed that for me and being served the whole artichoke to enjoy was so much nicer. These grilled artichokes in a pesto garlic sauce from Inpasta Artisan Pasta and Pizza are on their “For The Table” menu, but I hated having to share them. The texture and taste were so good, and the drizzle of balsamic on top was intoxicating. But don’t take my word for it, order your own plate.
