If there is a Deep Fried Foods Hall of Fame somewhere, the fried kimchi at Tori 44 of Minneapolis deserves a spot. The spot-on crispy texture, the wonderfully fermented flavor, that leek aioli? Definitely one of my favorite all-time dishes.
