The Eagle is a hot spot in Louisville for a reason. It has a beautiful modern exterior located on Bardstown Road, hard to miss with a stunning mural featuring an eagle. The inside is classy and cozy, with multilayered flooring and a large bar. Their fried chicken is what makes this spot so great, and I can now agree. I ordered it and it was crisp, perfectly cooked and contained every element to a perfect sandwich. The pickles added just the right amount of tang to counter the rich savory meat. The slaw was an effortless balance of sweet and creamy. I was craving another one moments after my last bite. The Eagle is a must-try in Louisville!
