Fish Tacos
Whether you choose blackened, grilled or fried, these fish tacos are awesome! I anticipated loving them from the first bite, because the flour tortillas had obviously been painstakingly grilled to perfection. No uncooked flour taste here, just a moistly tender wrapper full of amazing flavor combinations. Thanks to the sweet coleslaw and fresh mango salsa, another of my taco peccadillos, dryness, was not an issue either. Slather all of this yummy goodness with their “remoulade–like“ tartar sauce and these tacos become a true flavor powerhouse for either a light meal or bar snack. Add a side of crunchy, moist and flavorful hush puppies and you will be putting this cool little marina bar onto your list of regular hangouts.
