Los Andes Peruvian Restaurant is still one of my favorite restaurants of all time (even for takeout). Everything is always mouthwatering delicious and leaves you with a smile and a feeling of contentment. The Envuelto de Pollo is my favorite dish!! Prepared with fresh chicken breast, layered with fire roasted peppers, queso blanco, spinach, and mushrooms, rolled and encrusted with seasoned Ritz crackers. It is finished in the broiler, served over an aji amarillo cream sauce and served with the ABSOLUTE BEST mashed potatoes you will ever taste!!
