This small French-inspired restaurant serves up one of my favorite dishes in Portland. They offer a stack of fluffy pancakes topped with savory duck gravy and a hint of sweet maple syrup. The dish is completed with Tabasco sautéed onions and a fried egg on top. It’s unlike anything I’ve had and it never disappoints.
