I remember coming here when this place was a Chinese restaurant, not that long ago. I cannot believe what is here now! “The Shop” is a stunning full service restaurant with fantastic attention to detail. Definitely a gustatory oasis in Rancho Bernardo. Service was friendly, thorough and energetic. For my first visit I tried a lunch special personal sized “west coast style” deep-dish pizza with beautiful daubs of ricotta. It was excellent with an exquisite crust. I can certainly see myself frequenting this place often. Outstanding food, full bar and local craft beers on tap. Highly recommended.
