Good French food in a Palm Desert shopping mall? Who knew? Think of this dish as one tasty bistro bite. The crepe was slightly chewy and cooked just right. The ham, paper thin and the swiss cheese, flavorful and gooey, but not overdone. The fried egg on top worked perfectly. At the last second I switched out the fries for the salade vinaigrette. Good move! Every bite tangy and delish, the perfect complement for a lazy Palm Desert brunch.
