Scratch Kitchen and Taproom offers up a cocktail list not to be missed! I visited the Apex location just outside of Raleigh and can say that Scratch always has divine drinks, some of them seasonal, but a regular is the Honey Don’t Be Sour. It’s made with North Carolina blueberry moonshine, lemon, lime, honey and comes with a swizzle stick. The food is great too. The firecracker shrimp is an easy choice for a fun app and I’ve ordered the Poké Bowl countless times. It’s great in hot weather and is as nutrient packed as it is delicious.
