Crab and Shrimp Louie Salad
Does anyone do salad better than California? I’m not normally a salad guy, but just the mention of both shrimp and Red Rock Crab on the same plate whet my appetite. When this plate arrived with a cold local brew, I knew leaving hungry was not going to be an issue. The seafood wore an avocado crown and nestled beneath lay awesome bites of chopped egg adorned with just the right amount of spicy Russian dressing. Throw in a tranquil river view and you’ve got your excuse for a languorous business luncheon.
