Before you alert my cardiologist, let me just say, the biscuits are light and the gravy is prepared just right – flavorful and not a lump to be found. The two eggs laying below in waiting coalesce gently with the flavors and the well-done bacon adds just the right amount of crunch. I passed on the side of pancakes. Chelio’s is a delicious slice of nostalgia offered up without a drop of preciousness. I’ll be back.
