I haven’t had fried clams this good since I was a child and we went to Howard Johnsons for all-you-can-eat fried clam nights. Delivered steaming hot, the clams were super crispy on a lightly buttered toasted brioche roll with a sriracha tartar sauce. Extra well-done fries were a splendid addition.
