I was really impressed with the “Chopped Chicken Salad” at Best Pizza & Brew. It’s a substantial salad that eats like a satisfying meal, made with iceberg and romaine, grilled chicken, bacon, Gorgonzola, cucumbers, tomatoes and scallions. I thought the lettuces were expertly chopped. Easy to fork without becoming unwieldy. The crisp greens were tossed in a tasty ranch dressing. The abundant amount of grilled chicken was fresh and not overcooked or dried out. This was definitely a close relative to my beloved Cobb salad.
