A staple here in Tulsa, Bramble is a must-try if you’re visiting. The chocolate chip pancakes are something from my dreams! Not only are these buttermilk pancakes stuffed with chocolate chips, they are smothered in hot fudge and vanilla anglaise. They are the perfect mix of rich and decadent, yet light and fluffy at the same time. They come with your choice of meat or potato and 2 eggs your way. These pancakes are seriously one of my favorite dishes for breakfast, and they make my mouth water just thinking of them.
