Chips and Salsa
Let’s give credit where credit is due. How often have you gone out for a fantastic meal and had such amazing food and drinks that you can’t stop raving about it, but you forgot how the meal started? The minute you sat down and got your menus, you also got a bowl of thin, warm tortilla chips that were perfectly seasoned. And a bowl of salsa that had the perfect amount of heat to it. But we leave and quickly forget about the amazing chips and salsa. So while my brunch of concha French toast, Baja breakfast bowl, and craft cocktails at Casero Taqueria were so tasty, I want you to know that the entire meal was amazing – from the second I got my chips and salsa.
