Ever discovered a restaurant while traveling and thought, “Boy these people are lucky to have this place!” Well this time I’m the lucky boy. I’ve been getting my favorite Chipotle BBQ Beef sandwich at Full On for years. On the occasion of their move down the road to larger digs, I decided to let the rest of you in on a sure thing. Piled high with thin-sliced roast beef, bacon, cheddar, and house pickled jalapenos – all bonded to the soft brioche bun with creamy chipotle BBQ sauce, this baby is big enough to share. But you won’t want to do that. Is that an onion ring in there too? Sure is. What a great idea. The house-made chips pair perfectly and the onion rings are top notch. There are other creative offerings for sure, but Chipotle BBQ Beef tops the menu for good reason.
