Chili all the way
Sometimes I think there should be a 12 step program for chili addicts. “Hello, my name is Brad. HELLOOO Brad!” However, as my spoon delivers the first bite into my mouth, I admit I have no interest in giving up. The depth and complexity of flavor here is truly remarkable. The ground beef is cooked perfectly, as are the beans and then the whole lot is seasoned to perfection. Add some extra sharp cheddar and sweet onion and you have a great snack or light meal. Brown’s has consistently delivered one of the best chilies in music city for almost a century and from the taste of this bowl, it would appear that they do not intend to stop anytime soon.
