With locations near the iconic Las Vegas Strip as well as east and west of the city, Parsley has the Mediterranean food you crave. The process is simple: pick a protein, choose the delivery method (such as wrap, bowl, salad or plate), throw some good-for-you veggies on top, and finish it with a mouth-watering sauce. I ordered the chicken shawarma as a plate, and the seasoning on the chicken still has me dreaming about it two weeks later. The accompanying pita was freshly warmed, the service super-fast, and the customer service beyond exemplary. If eating in, the extra $6.29 to add an appetizer (or “meze”) and fountain drink is well worth it. I’m pretty sure it took me longer to choose my meal than it did to receive it — and the leftovers the next day were the perfect way to end a Monday.
