The warm tortilla, chicken and grilled peppers mix perfectly with the pico and jack cheese toppings. The real star of the show, however, is the poblano sauce that adds a subtle sweetness to the masterpiece. Not only is the food delightful, but the environment inside Mojo’s is lively and serves as an ideal place to go out with friends. Furthermore, this restaurant has some of the best service I know; the workers are respectful and my food came out right when I found a seat! All of these aspects add to the wonderful experience of enjoying an incredible taco.
