This Ceasar salad is a true work of art – lettuce, cheese, and garlic bread. All presented so beautifully that not taking a photo seems amiss. But this dish is not from a 5-star expensive restaurant, but rather, a food truck, that has so much passion for every dish they so proudly serve. Be sure to get a Bulgogi or Baja Poke taco with your salad, and perhaps a beer or two. You will find The Craft Taco Truck at New English Brewery every Wednesday and Saturday.
