Salut’s large variety of menu options makes it a perfect place to explore a new side of your palate. Pictured here is the butternut squash ravioli, one of my wintertime comfort meals. The plump ravioli is stuffed to the seams with rich, creamy butternut squash puree. It is served in an alfredo, spinach and parmesan sauce which is surprisingly light and balances the indulgent ravioli. The cozy and quiet restaurant makes for a perfect date night spot. Make sure to pair it with one of their flavored Moscow Mules. The mango is my favorite, but the grapefruit comes in a close second.
