Fresh and flavorful ingredients in one big medley of a bowl, Banh Sai is the all-star Asian fusion food truck, of course featuring a rice bowl. I added the optional beef Bulgogi and a side of the crispiest Brussel sprouts. Everything was cooked wonderfully. I need to try the wings and fries next!
