V Urban Italian is an amazing dinner spot! They have an expansive menu to please everyone and a lot of unique combinations to experience interesting new flavors. I got the bruschetta board and chose four different options. My favorite was the black figs atop creamy rich ricotta. I also had the salmon, which includes chopped smoked salmon, capers, dill and scallions. Next up – the pesto topped with cheese and delicious roasted red peppers. Last, but certainly not least, the buffalo cheese base with diced apricots, micro-greens and honey. I paired my bruschetta board with the delicious fig Moscow mule. The fig vodka brings a punch and unique flavor to a classic cocktail and complemented the meal perfectly. If you find yourself in North Scottsdale I cannot recommend this restaurant enough.
