In town for a week of work, a number of friendly recommendations sent me to this airy and pleasant East Nashville spot. We NYers have our own views on The Breakfast Sandwich. This version rewrites the book. Thick fresh white bread. Tangy country sausage. And melted Colby Jack cheese! I had my doubts. They were wrong. The coffee was excellent and the Monday morning vibe felt like good music was on the table. This creative will be back!
