Is the Strip District in Pittsburgh a crowded tourist destination, or a must-stop visit on your trip to Steeler-town? Based on the great vibes, interesting shopping and this dish, I’ll say both! Pamela’s is well-known and has several locations. I usually am a savory guy, but I opted for the sweet and I must admit, sour cream and whipped cream combined struck me as odd. Until that first bite! The crepe, loaded with brown sugar and blueberries was so good that I assumed they don’t serve it with syrup. I was wrong, the waitess just forgot, but it didn’t need it. It was the perfect umami brunchy bomb. Next time I’m going in for the Gail’s Eggs.
