Come for the great light, stay for the biscuits and gravy. I arrived right at opening. Counter or table, so many choices. You are bathed in warm morning sunshine as you place your order. It only gets better. A petite quartet of biscuits kissed in gravy and topped with the fluffiest scrambled eggs ever (my choice). A smattering of finely chopped chive and away we go! Sausage gravy lite?  Um, yuhhh! Not goopy, not too much. Every carefully crafted bite a flavor bomb, with a hint of fennel and an unidentified kick. By the time I finished the place was packed. No surprise there.
