With its one-of-a-kind, seasonal and ever-changing menu that cannot be missed, The Stanbury plays by its own rules. The beef tartare had fried onion petals to scoop with which were a creative way to serve an upscale app and showcase how serious they take preparing all their own food. Small plates are a great way to try a diverse set of elaborate items like bone marrow (pictured here), Roman gnocchi and crispy pig head. Every dish is unique and memorable. No reservations, but any wait is worth it.
