Baked Lobster Mac & Cheese
Lobster mac and cheese for me, please! The cavatappi noodles are cooked perfectly and tossed in a creamy four cheese sauce. The lobster is the show stopper here. There are huge chunks in the dish, giving it a lot of depth of flavor (and a large portion, too!). The buttery, smooth lobster blends wonderfully in the cream sauce. Bacon bits and Panko crumbs add a bit of crunch for a nice texture, and the green onions layer on the flavor. The final product is baked in a hefty cast iron skillet, creating a beautiful crust for the perfect topping. Delicious!
