Okay, “fall-off-the-bone” might be the most overused adjective in BBQ history, so please take this seriously. These baby back ribs fell off the bone! As in, I didn’t even get my fingers dirty. All that was left behind was a shiny pile of picked bones. I went all in with a mac & cheese side and barely spoke until my plates were clean. This was my first time and first meal in Chapel Hill. I felt like I had a defining North Carolina experience. Go!
