Asian Spiced Wings
I knew that these wings were something special before they ever hit the table! The thick glaze and irregular charring were products of slow cooking over an open flame, the meat firm, juicy and flavorful. Its texture screamed grill master. Before I swallowed the first bite I bolted from my chair and headed for the kitchen. The wings had not only been slow-cooked and smoked over an open flame, but then flashed in a sauté pan making the flavor layers combine into crispy perfection. The glaze, made in-house, was both sweet and spicy with strong notes of cumin, garlic and ginger. These wings really are in a category by themselves due to their labor-intensive preparation. Trust me, if you are a wings fan, these are a must.
