The Ahi Salad at Fate is one of the most refreshing dishes I’ve ever had. The crisp field greens with tomato, avocado and onions create the perfect balance between light and sour. The ingredients are fresh and delicious and the crunchy rice noodles are a nice touch, adding a new dynamic of texture. The Asian dressing is tangy and meshes excellently with all of the components. Of course the star of this dish is the ahi tuna. It is seared to perfection and incredibly flavorful, crusted with sesame seeds and spices that bring out the natural flavor of the fish as well as enhancing the flavors on the rest of the plate.
