Perfectly grilled chicken sits on a bed of charred corn and lentils with sprinkles of crispy thick-cut bacon on top. The level of smokiness is just right and the roasted jalapeños hit your tongue with little bursts of heat out of nowhere. Add in diced green onions, cilantro and let the creamy lime vinaigrette tie everything together.
