Rack of lamb
Lamb chops are one of those dishes that I never make at home. It’s not that I don’t know how, but I think this is one I leave to the experts. Especially when it’s grilled rack of lamb in a rosemary garlic sauce with saffron risotto. This is one of my favorite dishes at Sorrento Ristorante & Pizzeria in Little Italy, San Diego. It’s never a question of whether I should order it, but whether it’s impolite to eat them with my fingers. These lamb chops are way too delicious to leave any of the meat behind, so fingers it is.
