Asian Flank Steak
It would be easy to drive by this place. Don’t! The menu board is so appealing that I found myself planning several return trips to cover it all. They do a brisk takeout business, but the seating area is completely pleasant. The headliner, my late lunch: Wood-smoked-in-the-parking-lot, real flank steak run through a Potbelly-like contraption. Whatever they did to achieve the Asian flavor, 100%! The giardiniera might be home-made. It’s that good. The bread is toasty crunchy perfect. The sandwich is barely cheesed which really influenced the beef flavor. I think next up, the Banh Mi.
