Considering Univeral Resort Orlando’s CityWalk is minutes away, chock-full of mid-budget restaurants, it’s shocking that Soupa Saiyan nearly always has a line out the door. The family-run noodle shop in a nondescript strip mall is a very simple purveyor of Asian noodle soups.  Guests order on screens, then wait to collect their soup, steamed tofu cubes, park dumplings and Asian milk teas. Pho is the specialty, and the seafood version is perfect for a hot Orlando night. Shrimp tempura, krab sticks, fishballs, shrimp and rice noodles swim in a vegetable broth. It’s a hearty, healthy pescatarian meal in a bowl.
