Butter Lettuce Salad
Finding a delicious vegan-friendly lunch can sometimes be a challenge, but this salad at Tavern at Gray Barns was the perfect bite. The dish, modified for me (and can be for you!) was fresh butter lettuce in a light vinaigrette topped with vibrant green radish slices, crispy pepitas, pickled onion, and fresh dill that just embodied spring on a plate. The cozy setting, with a fabulous bar and amazing cocktail list, was a great weekend spot to dine at with friends.
