Monterosa pizza is a one of a kind. I love creative and interesting combinations on pizza, along with traditional toppings. This combined all of my favorite parts: a different sauce for the base, fresh buffalo mozzarella and burrata, fresh basil, and a little bit of heat. The chili threads on the pizza were a little mild for my taste, so I asked the server if there was anything to make it a bit spicier. He made honey hot sauce in front of me with fresh chili oil! That is the kind of service I love, and the food was great. This is a must-try spot in the Phoenix area, with several locations around the valley. Pair it with one of their fabulous cocktails for even more flavor and fun.
