The whole meal was beyond amazing at MG (per usual), but this Nebrodini mushroom offering stole the show. Sweet and rich with a texture I’ve never experienced before in a mushroom. The nuttiness of the tahini vinaigrette complemented this beautiful fungus with a touch of heat from the hot pepper jelly every so often to remind you it’s there.
