The Classic Reuben at Fate Brewing Company is a perfect happy hour meal. Pair it with one of their home-brewed beers and it makes for the best Sunday fun-day out with friends. The crunch of the marble rye with the lightly spread tangy Thousand Island was the ideal counterpart for the salty corned beef. Fate offers a small dish of dressing on the side to dunk the sandwich as well, which is a nice touch. The fries, my favorite part of any meal, were flawlessly salted, crunchy on the outside, soft on the inside, and the perfect match for this sandwich.
