Brisket Reuben
This sandwich blew me away – a BBQ twist on a Reuben, using sliced brisket rather than corned beef. Styled like a club sandwich, the stacked Brisket Reuben included the brisket, sauerkraut, melted swiss, and Russian dressing on marbled rye. And WOW! Not only was the brisket cooked to perfection, but there was the right mix of other ingredients to make it an ideal sandwich. The lightly toasted rye was delicious and held up throughout the meal. Plus, the sandwich comes with one of their sides. I got the mac & cheese and it was really good as well. You might need to bring a second person along, because as good as it was, I couldn’t finish it on my own – and believe me, I tried.
