Sometimes you come across a sauce that’s really addicting—the kind where you’re already planning your next trip back while you’re still eating. La Royal’s panca sauce delivers a smoky-sweet embrace with earthy depth and gentle warmth that builds slowly on the palate. It coats the shellfish perfectly and left me wanting to lick the plate (no shame). Seafood all perfectly cooked, of course. A real stunna!
