Brunch pasta? Excuse me? Of course I had to try that. Great outdoor table on a pleasant mid-morning on Capitol Hill? Bring it on. Bits of maple sausage, harissa spices, and a surprisingly light cream sauce over a tasty wide noodle, not too heavy at all. The egg was perfect. Why not?!
