Are the streets of El Paso running with immigrants in hot pursuit by ICE? Nope. The Reagan is a groovy, neon-lit bar with trendy-looking people enjoying good food and grog. The drink preso actually boasts a crispy twig of candied bacon resting atop the rye, apple brandy, demera and bitters. Best piece of bar jerky you’ll ever nosh!
