Bandito Burrito, a Tex-Mex staple, has been one of my favorite restaurants ever since I was a little kid. Pictures do not do it justice, but their green bean burrito is to die for! It’s very simple – some refried beans, cheese, and green chile sauce. But somehow it is better than anything I can make at home. If you happen to be in the neighborhood near Governors Drive, Bandito Burrito is a must try. It’s an old looking building, but the look adds to the ambiance. I cannot recommend the green bean burrito enough. I also recommend the nachos, taco salad, and their rice is fantastic!
